NEIL SMILEK became a Certified Residential Appraiser in Pennsylvania in 2003. He covers the Butler County area. Mr. Smilek is FHA approved in Pennsylvania and has extensive construction experience. He also assists Ed Cline with new construction appraisals as needed.
