Edward Cline, SRA, AI-RRS, GAA, RAA, MNAA
Fully Certified since 1991, Ed Cline serves as the President and Chief Appraiser of Ed Cline Appraisals and oversees both the residential and commercial appraisal divisions.
He is the immediate past President of the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and is a member of the National Association of Appraisers. Mr. Cline bears the SRA, AI-RRS, GAA, RAA and MNAA designations. Mr. Cline meets the appraisal industry's highest standards of expertise and professionalism. He is a member and gold level contributor to the Coalition of Pennsylvania Real Estate Appraisers. As a Certified General Appraiser, Ed maintains the highest level of licensure available and is qualified to complete all major types of real estate appraisals.
Adding to Mr. Cline's significant appraisal credentials, Ed is also a FHA approved 203k Consultant with extensive property rehab experience, a Certified Lead Abatement Contractor, a licensed real estate broker, a property manager, a longtime real estate investor and a Graduate of Clarion University with a Batchelor of Science in Real Estate and a Batchelor of Science in Finance. He also has an Associate's Degree in Accounting from the Community College of Beaver County.
In addition to Commercial and Residential Appraisals, Ed also specializes in Appraising for litigation cases and has served as an expert witness on cases involving condemnation, divorce, estates, right of way and many others. Ed's expertise has also been called upon as a legal consultant helping to develop legal strategies in federal case work.
