Joe Newtz

Joe is the Marketing Director for Ed Cline Appraisals. He manages the organization’s marketing ventures and implements the company marketing plan. He is also in charge of managing and developing all marketing communications including branding, website, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars, and all collateral marketing materials.

Joe has over 30 years of business marketing experience. He is also a best-selling author (peaked at #8 on Amazon.com) and has published numerous articles picked-up by major media outlets.

As a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He served as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves and was awarded with The Army Achievement Medal and The Army Commendation Medal.

In his leisure time, Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, golfing and playing music. In 2016, Joe Newtz was placed on the Official Ballot for the 59th Annual Grammy Awards by The Recording Academy in the following categories: Best Rock Performance (‘Falling In’), Best Rock Performance (‘Save Me’), and Best Rock Song (‘Falling In’) from his debut album “Crossing Over”.

Patrick A. Prazenica, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Patrick oversees the overall accounting processes within the company and implements financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of our firm. He dedicates numerous hours to cash flow planning, cash management, account analysis and reconciliations. Other key activities that he performs include monthly closings, monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory responses, filings and taxes, and annual budgets.

Patrick is a graduate of Duquesne University and has held his CPA license for over 25 years. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a lifelong resident of Western Pennsylvania and currently resides in Cranberry Township with his wife and two sons.

Emily Snedeker – Office Manager/Client Relations

Emily Snedeker has been with Ed Cline Appraisals for over 10 years. Born and raised in Enon Valley (Lawrence County), Emily is the office manager as well as the computer liaison. Emily provides excellent customer service with our clients and often helps out with scheduling and personal assistant duties. She is also the lead abatement supervisor and a licensed Real Estate Agent.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys reading, playing video games, walks in the woods with her husband, bowling, and spending time with her two nieces and two nephews.

Emily is very interested in the appraisal field and takes great pride in making sure operations run smoothly.

Beth Dravenstott

Beth Dravenstott has an extensive background in real estate. She assists Rod Dravenstott in a clerical manner with residential real estate appraisals in Lawrence and Mercer counties.

The administrative personnel at Ed Cline Appraisals provide superior service that is critical to our success. From the first call that comes into our office to the final reports that leave our office (and everything in between), our dedicated and experienced staff does everything possible to make sure our customers and clients experience a high level of service.

Mark Friday

Mark has a significant background in real estate. He began his career working as an appraisal reviewer for three years, then acquired an Associate Real Property Appraisal License for the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 2016, which he still holds today. He is currently working on acquiring his Real Estate Salesperson License for Pennsylvania and is aspires to become a Certified Appraiser for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has been with our company several years and currently works as Ed Cline’s appraisal assistant along with providing valuable insights for our team.

In his spare time, Mark likes playing billiards and won the National Team Open in 2014, finished 2nd in 2012, and won the Scotch Doubles Open Tournament in 2012. Currently, he is the double captain of both 8 and 9 Ball pool teams out of the Monaca Draft House. He is a 13-time league champion and the current Most Valuable Player in the league. He is also an avid golfer as well.

As a person that loves the Earth, particularly appreciating the rural areas, Mark enjoys swimming, camping, kayaking and late-night walks through the rural forest. He also enjoys barbequing and telling jokes around the campfire in his beloved town of Tionesta, PA.

Jeanne Tutwiler

Jeanne has been our accounting assistant for over three years. She has over 35 years of accounting experience and currently handles accounts receivable/payable and payroll duties. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading, working with crafts, and spending time with family.

Samantha Haswell

Sam has been an office and scheduling assistant with Ed Cline Appraisals for over five years. She has an extensive background in customer service and has garnered many 5-star reviews for top-notch service with customers. She enjoys camping, motorcycle riding, and hanging out with her 2 dogs.

Shannon McCaughtry

A few years ago, after 10 years of employment with a corporate appraisal management company, Shannon aspired to utilize her experience and knowledge to establish a more rewarding career working for the leading appraisal firm in Western Pennsylvania. She was born and raised in beautiful Beaver County, but loves to travel to Pittsburgh to soak in the diverse culture and cuisine. She values being an integral member of the Ed Cline Appraisals team.
